We currently ship within India. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at princesscollection7799@gmail.com before placing your order.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
For custom or made-to-order jewelry, processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the design.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and DTDC for domestic shipping.

Standard Delivery: 4–10 business days – Free (₹0)
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days – ₹150 extra

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities, or remote locations).

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping is free on all orders within India.
Express Shipping, if selected, will be charged at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions
COVID-19 lockdowns or similar restrictions
Governmental actions or force majeure events

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
